Community Physicians Associates (CPA), an organization affiliated with Milton Hospital, has an opening for an experienced Medical Assistant in one of their medical offices in Randolph, MA. This part time Medical Assistant position is available in a private physician’s office. The schedule will consist of working four days per week including Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Thursday evening rotations. Candidates must be comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced Family Practice environment. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited Medical Assistant program and must have prior experience (2+years) in a medical office. PART TIME ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT JOBS DESCRIPTION

Downtown company is seeking to add a part time Accounting Assistant to its finance team. Job duties will include billing, collections, coding and entering accounts payable invoices, review of expense reimbursements, entering new employees information, review time sheets for accuracy, assist office manager as needed in completing payroll for processing, assist new employees in completion of all benefit enrollment forms, maintain monthly statistics schedules, assist with reconciliation of the bank account and monthly financial statements by reconciling credit cards and other analysis, spreadsheet work as requested. Ideal candidate will have 2 – 5 years related experience.  Must be extremely proficient in Excel as will have to do worksheet formatting, basic formulas and charts. Work is varied and fast paced so the work day goes by fast! Need to be very professional with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and have a strong work ethic, be detail oriented and good at multitasking.  Position is 3 days a week initially with the potential to develop into full time in the future.
