There is an immediate opening for Nurse Manager of ICU and Urgent Care.
This position will report directly to the CNO and will be responsible for administering, directing and coordinating the activities of patient care services in the Critical Care Unit. Responsible for the recommendation, development and implementation of policies and procedures in these areas and for keeping the CNO informed of both progress and potential problems. Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery.
• Two to five years of clinical experience, including nursing management in an acute care hospital setting
• Must possess excellent communication skills to interact with patients, their families and hospital staff
• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Current California RN License and BCLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certificate required.
